The U.S. Congress is expected to pass a massive spending bill this week that includes a one-time $13.6 billion in the military and humanitarian aid for Ukraine.
The House of Representatives voted on the evening of the 9th to approve the legislation, which will involve about half of Ukraine's funds for humanitarian and economic aid and the other half for military purposes. The bill is expected to be successfully approved by the Senate next.
