On March 3, local time, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that a solution to the Ukraine crisis could be found and that Russia only put forward the minimum conditions. He said there was no doubt that the Ukrainian delegation was still receiving signals from the United States during the negotiation process.
Lavrov also said that the second round of Russia-Ukraine negotiations will be held on the 3rd.
