Russian State Duma Chairman Volodin said on social platforms on the 26th that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky had left Kyiv on the 25th local time, and all his appeals from the Ukrainian capital were filmed in advance.
Volodin said he got the information from a Verkhovna Rada MP who tried to meet Zelensky in Kyiv.
