On March 1, the Russian Ministry of Defense stated that the Russian military will attack the Information and Psychological Operations Center of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Kyiv and some technical facilities of the Ukrainian State Security Service. The Russian army called on citizens living nearby to leave their residences as soon as possible.
