On February 27, the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Committee’s Center for Combating False Information stated that “Russia is actively spreading rumors that the 302nd Air Defense Missile Regiment of the Ukrainian Army was captured in the Kharkiv region”, which is false news.
Oleh Synehubov, head of the local government in Kharkiv, Ukraine, said: "Everyone of the Ukrainian army is in the fighting position, and not a single fighter has laid down his arms."
According to CCTV news, the Russian Ministry of Defense said earlier today that the 302nd anti-aircraft missile regiment of the Ukrainian army voluntarily surrendered and 471 people were captured.
