On March 7, local time, according to the Ukrainian Embassy in the United States, more than 3,000 Americans, including veterans, have applied to join the Foreign Legion to fight in Ukraine.
According to Ukrainian media reports, as of March 6, more than 20,000 foreigners have submitted applications to fight in Ukraine.
