Belarusian President: Maybe Action Against Ukraine

On February 27, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said that Ukraine's "harassment of Belarusians" may prompt Minsk to take "special action." Lukashenko said there were no Belarusian soldiers or weapons in Ukraine because Russia's "special operations" there did not require such assistance. He said Belarusians were caught on Ukrainian territory and beaten.
