Ukrainian Foreign Minister: Negotiations Do Not Involve "Surrender"

The Financial Associated Press reported on February 27 that Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kuleba said that the outcome of negotiations with Russia could not be ruled out as peace, but the "surrender" of Kyiv would not be discussed in the negotiations. Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Ukraine has agreed to negotiate with Russia in the Pripyat River area on the Ukraine-Belarus border.
