Russian Defense Minister Shoigu reported to Putin on February 28 that according to his orders, the duty personnel of the Strategic Missile Force, the Northern Fleet, the Pacific Fleet and the Strategic Aviation Command have all been strengthened and entered into a state of combat readiness.
